1. Who we are and how to contact us

The Site is operated by Compare AI Dev. For privacy questions, data requests, or advertising/cookie concerns, contact us at [email protected]. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and, where a specific legal deadline applies (for example under GDPR or CCPA), within that period.

2. Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to information collected through the Site, including pages that display Google AdSense ads, analytics tags, affiliate links, and contact methods. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to (vendor sites, documentation, app stores, or partner landing pages). Those sites have their own privacy practices.

We may use Google Search Console to monitor search performance and indexing. Search Console primarily reflects aggregate search data about our own property and does not give us access to individual Google Account content of Site visitors.

12.2 California (CCPA/CPRA) and other U.S. state laws

Similar rights may exist under other U.S. state laws (for example Virginia VCDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, Utah UCPA, and additional state statutes as they take effect).

We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. Advertising technologies on the Site may involve “sharing” or targeted advertising as those terms are defined under state law. You can opt out of personalized ads via Google Ads Settings, industry tools at https://www.aboutads.info, and, where offered, a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” / Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal honored by our CMP or ad configuration.

12.3 Brazil (LGPD)

12.4 China (PIPL) and other Asia-Pacific notices

If China’s Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) or similar APAC laws apply to a particular processing activity, we will process personal information under a lawful basis recognized by that law (such as consent or necessity to provide a service you request), minimize collection, and honor rights of access, correction, and deletion where applicable. Cross-border transfers, if any, will follow the mechanisms required by applicable law and our providers’ terms.

Users in other regions (for example Canada PIPEDA, Australia Privacy Act, Singapore PDPA, Japan APPI, South Korea PIPA) may have additional rights under local law. Contact us and we will respond in accordance with the law that applies to your request.

13. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for a general audience interested in developer tools and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in regions where a higher digital-consent age applies). Comparison pages may link to official product sites, documentation, pricing pages, app marketplaces, and affiliate destinations. Ads may also link to advertisers’ sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Review their policies before providing personal information.

16. Do not track and browser signals

Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. There is no uniform industry standard for responding to DNT. We may instead rely on cookie banners / CMP choices, Google Ads Settings, and Global Privacy Control where supported. Your browser’s cookie controls remain an effective way to limit tracking.

17. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product, legal, or advertising-stack changes (including Google policy updates). The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may be highlighted on this page. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Policy where permitted by law.
